What you'll do

  • Drive the mobile architecture for client projects built on React Native or Flutter.
  • Implement offline-first data sync engines, push notifications, and native device module integrations.
  • Ensure 60 FPS smooth UI performance and manage App Store & Google Play release pipelines.
  • Establish automated mobile testing strategies (E2E with Detox/Appium, unit tests).

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in mobile development with at least 3+ years dedicated to React Native or Flutter.
  • Proven track record of shipping top-rated consumer or enterprise mobile apps to App Store / Google Play.
  • Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) module bridges is a big plus.
  • Strong leadership and architectural decision-making skills.
