What you'll do

  • Architect and build scalable web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL for global enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers and clients during two-week agile development sprints.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, server components caching, and API latency across high-traffic web applications.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical pairing.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of software development experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern SQL databases.
  • Deep experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Actions, SSR, ISR, Vercel deployment).
  • Strong grasp of state management, API integration (REST/GraphQL), and frontend performance tuning.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
