About Skypark Holdings Limited
A Dhaka-based real estate developer, established in 2015, building apartments, luxury villas and mixed-use developments across Dhaka and Chattogram.
Challenge
A Dhaka developer speaks to two audiences. Families buying an apartment need confidence in the title, the structure and the handover date. Landowners are weighing a joint venture. The site had to serve both without blurring the message, show each project’s land size, height and unit count, and make it easy to book a site visit or submit a plot for assessment.
Solution
The site is built on Laravel with Tailwind CSS and runs behind Cloudflare. Every project has a detail page with its status (ongoing or completed), location and key specifications. A Landowners section explains the joint-venture model and takes plot details (size, mouza, dag number, road width) through a feasibility form. A Buyer’s Guide, Gallery, News & Media and Careers complete the content. On phones, a bottom bar links Home, Projects, Land, Call and Menu, and a WhatsApp link sits alongside.
Process
The copy and structure lean on the company’s four commitments: documents first, fixed handover dates, engineering over elevation, and one disclosed price. Every section repeats the same promise. The home page has a skip-to-content link, descriptive meta and Open Graph tags, and a canonical URL.
Outcome
One site now covers Skypark’s full funnel: project discovery for buyers, a structured intake for landowners, and news from the site office that shows progress.
