Enamul Hafiz Latifee is the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Nexadev. A Lifetime Member of the Bangladesh Economic Association, his career sits at the intersection of policy research and the software industry: as Joint Secretary (Research Fellow) at the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), he helped shape ICT export policy, trade agreements, and digital commerce regulation directly affecting Bangladesh’s software exporters. That vantage point — seeing first-hand what enterprise clients and policymakers need from technology partners — shapes how he leads Nexadev’s client strategy, market positioning, and long-term growth today.
