Niaj co-founded Nexadev and runs the operational side of the business — how work is scoped, staffed, tracked, and delivered. He owns the delivery process end to end: matching the right engineers and designers to each engagement, keeping timelines honest, and making sure clients always know where their project stands. Much of his focus goes into building the internal systems that let a distributed team ship predictably without heavyweight process.
