Overview
EzzeWork replaces spreadsheets and email chains with one multi-tenant workspace for preservation teams, their field vendors and their clients. The product and its public site run on Laravel, Inertia.js and Vue.
About EzzeWork
A software platform for property preservation companies (the teams that maintain, secure and winterise properties for their clients) and the field vendors and clients they work with.
Challenge
Property preservation work runs on work orders that pass through many hands. A coordinator creates the job, a vendor completes it in the field with photos, an inspector checks the quality, and the client approves and pays. Each company also needs its own branding, users and data. The product had to hold that whole chain in one place for every company, and explain it clearly to prospective customers.
Solution
EzzeWork is a Laravel application with an Inertia.js and Vue 3 front end, styled with Tailwind CSS. Laravel Wayfinder generates type-safe route helpers for the front end. Each company workspace has its own branding (portal title, colours, font), currency, date format, timezone, units of measure and SLA business hours. The landing page takes prospects through the four-stage workflow (create and assign, field work, quality control, billing) and the features behind it: vendor scoring, a field mobile app, AI-assisted reporting, weather-aware SLA holds, job templates, a white-labelled client portal and QuickBooks sync.
Process
The marketing page is an Inertia page in the same codebase as the application. The product and its public face share one design system and ship in the same deploy. The public page leads with a free-trial call to action, and open self-registration is switched off.
Outcome
Preservation companies get one branded workspace for the whole work-order lifecycle, and EzzeWork keeps the product and the site that sells it in a single codebase.
