About Rational HRM
An AI-powered back-office platform for Dutch staffing agencies, employers and flexible workers, with Dutch labour-law rules (WAB, Wet DBA, WAADI, CAO, UWV) built in.
Challenge
Rational HRM sells into a market defined by regulation. Visitors arrive with specific acronyms in mind (WAB, Wet DBA, WAADI, CAO, UWV, eHerkenning) and in one of three roles: agency owner, recruiter or employer. The site had to show that each rule is handled, speak to each role on its own terms, explain pricing per tenant, and do all of it in English and Dutch.
Solution
The site is a server-rendered Next.js App Router application, styled with Tailwind CSS and served through Cloudflare. The home page moves from the problem (Dutch labour law) to the product (a dashboard preview), then key features, a four-step flow from job request to paid worker, persona workspaces, AI and automation, pricing and an FAQ. Features, Solutions, Pricing, About, Resources and Open jobs each have their own page. Five compliance pages (WAB & WAADI, Wet DBA, GDPR, CAO library, Audit trail) answer the regulatory questions in depth, and a language switcher offers English and Dutch.
Process
Product screens are drawn as lightweight HTML mock-ups rather than screenshots, so they stay sharp and load fast. The cookie notice covers only the essential session cookies, in line with the product’s AVG/GDPR positioning. The privacy, terms, cookie and DPA documents are all served from one legal page.
Outcome
Rational HRM has a site that answers the compliance question first and sends each visitor (agency, recruiter or employer) to the part of the product built for them. Every page ends at the same call to action: the 14-day trial.
